So what the hell am I supposed to say. "here you are Malcolm this was my fathers fishing gear, he'd have wanted another fisherman to have it". So here I am looking at 10 rods half of which I could safely make into garden canes . However there's a couple of rods that look interesting. One is a Apollo tubular steel rod called the "Eden" in great condition and I'm surprised how light it is. I could use this at a pinch for worming for sea trout say. The other is made by Gamages of London. Split cane two tops still with the plugs in the ferrules.

So what the flippin 'eck am I supposed to do with the rest? Any ideas?
